There might be a delay if you email or call outside of normal business hours.
We're usually in the office Monday through Friday. 10am to 6pm (Central Time).

Wrong Items
If we screw up and send the wrong items we will gladly send the correct stuff if you let us know about it within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll include a postage-paid return label for the return at no additional cost to you.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive items that are defective or damaged we'll gladly replace with the same item if you let us know about it within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll include a postage-paid return label for the damaged or defective items to be returned at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Sizes
Please check the shirt size chart before ordering. If you order the wrong size you can exchange unworn and unwashed shirts within 30 days of the delivery date. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the shirt to us. We’ll send replacement shirts once we get your returned shirts. We usually pick up the cost of sending the replacements because we like you!

Music Products: Downloads, CDs, LPs, DVDs
Sorry we can't give refunds on music products and downloads. Damaged or defective CDs, Vinyl or DVDs will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you if you let is know about it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns
Please e-mail to let us know if you need to return or exchange items. Include a note with your name, address, contact info, order number with your return package.
